USB powered fan to reduce heat sink temperature of the 1115 battery simulator module

• USB powered:5V+/-10% and nominal 250mA
• 1M cable terminated with USB-A plug
• Sits on top of 1115 battery simulator heat sink
• Allows battery simulator to operate at higher bias and charge levels:  With a 9V/250mA bias supply the heat sink temperature rise is 30C without and 3C with the fan in place.  With a 12V/250mA bias supply the temperature rise is 45C without and 6C with the fan in place.
